Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Super Greedy, including the public ranking board, listing pages, checkout, and related features. By using the service, submitting a listing, or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement. If you use Super Greedy for a company or project, you confirm that you have authority to represent it.

Super Greedy is a paid public ranking board. You pay for a chance to appear at a position supported by your offer. A payment does not guarantee traffic, clicks, customers, revenue, a fixed position, search-engine ranking, or any particular result. Another user may pay more and rank above you.

You may list only a website, product, or profile that you own or are authorized to represent. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and availability of the destination you submit, including any required business, contact, advertising, or regulatory information.

Listings may be public and may include the submitted name, link, handle, description, image, price, and rank. We may fetch publicly available metadata to identify the listing. This display is not an endorsement, certification, editorial review, or guarantee of the listed project.

Payments are final once the listing is created or raised, except where a mandatory consumer right requires otherwise. Being outranked, receiving fewer clicks than expected, downtime, or later removal for a rule violation does not create a refund entitlement.

We may refuse, edit, recategorize, hide, or remove a listing or ranking if we believe it violates these Terms, the Rules, applicable law, or creates legal, security, or reputational risk. Removal does not erase a completed payment.

Super Greedy is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, or the conduct and content of third-party destinations. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

You agree to protect Super Greedy and its operator from claims and costs arising from your listing, destination, payment, breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. The current version is identified by its effective date. If a change is material, we will post the updated version here. Questions can be sent to contact@supergreedy.com.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Super Greedy collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit the site, view or click a listing, submit a listing, or pay for a ranking.

We collect the information needed to run the board, process payments, prevent abuse, and understand usage. This may include your submitted name, URL or handle, category, offer amount, public listing metadata, payment confirmation identifiers, and messages you send us.

We may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, referrer, request data, cookie identifiers, and timestamps. Click and visitor data may be used to limit duplicate activity, reduce abuse, and measure aggregate traffic.

Payment-card details and billing information are handled by our payment provider. Super Greedy receives the payment confirmation and information needed to create or update your listing; we do not store full card numbers.

We use information to provide the service you request, maintain a fair and secure board, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal and accounting obligations, respond to rights requests, resolve disputes, and defend the service.

Public listing information—including names, images, descriptions, destination links, offers, and ranks—may be visible to anyone, including search engines. Do not submit information that you do not want displayed publicly.

We may share information with payment, hosting, database, analytics, security, identity-lookup, and infrastructure providers that help us operate Super Greedy. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce these Terms, protect rights and safety, or transfer the service.

We do not sell personal data. Some service providers may process information outside your country or the European Economic Area. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

We keep information only as long as needed to operate the service, maintain accounting and legal records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and preserve necessary backups. Public listings may remain in activity history or backups for a limited period after removal.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, or objection to certain processing. Contact contact@supergreedy.com; you may also contact your local data-protection authority.

Super Greedy is intended for adults. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to identify and delete it. We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change.

Rules

Super Greedy is a public pay-to-rank board. Your offer determines your position, subject to the board’s current ranking mechanics and any amount shown before checkout. A completed payment is what claims or raises a rank.

You may submit a product website, legitimate project, or social profile that you own or are authorized to represent. Use the real destination. Tracking parameters may be removed, and link shorteners may be rejected or resolved to their destination.

Do not submit illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, harassing, violent, or harmful content. Do not submit malware, phishing, scams, impersonation, counterfeit goods, or content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Do not submit adult or pornographic content, group-chat or invite links, or offers requiring a license that you do not have, including regulated financial, medical, gambling, weapons, or similar services.

Do not manipulate clicks, rankings, or visitor counts; bypass rate limits; scrape the board beyond ordinary browsing; reverse engineer the service except where mandatory law permits it; or use automated ranking activity without written permission.

Listings must display accurate information and must not imply that Super Greedy endorses, certifies, reviews, or guarantees the listed project. We may ask for clarification or evidence of authorization before approving or retaining a listing.

We may refuse, delay, edit, recategorize, hide, or permanently remove any listing, rank, or related page that violates these Rules or creates legal, security, or reputational risk. We may also act on a valid rights-holder complaint or lawful request.

Listings are public. By submitting one, you grant Super Greedy permission to host, format, reproduce, and publicly display the submitted content and publicly available destination metadata as needed to operate and promote the board.

Payments are non-refundable except where a mandatory legal right applies. If a payment is reversed without a valid legal basis, the listing may be removed and future use may be restricted.

To report unlawful content, impersonation, infringement, or a category mistake, email contact@supergreedy.com with the listing, destination, issue, and enough information for us to review it.
